Dr. David Hamlar is a board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and otolaryngologist with more than three decades of experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of complex conditions involving the face, head, and neck. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University before completing medical school, residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University, and fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Minnesota.
