Dr. Tudor Stiharu is a distinguished oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing the highest level of care to patients at Minnesota Oral & Facial Surgery. In becoming an oral surgeon in Minneapolis, Dr. Stiharu completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Minnesota, following an internship at the University of Pennsylvania and a General Practice Residency at Rochester General Hospital. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Montreal, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Natural Sciences.
